Sales Tax

We DO NOT charge sales tax, except for the state of Pennsylvania at a rate of 6.0%.

If your item arrives damaged you must contact the shipper that delivered your package:

Please note: At this time delivery is limited to the 48 contiguous states with valid U.S. street addresses. P.O. Boxes are not accepted for delivery.

 

Returns

If you need to return an item for any reason you must email us and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We will accept returns on most items, for any reason as long as returns are made within 30 days of purchase and are in original, manufacturer packaging and include all accessories. Items must be clean and free of animal residue or signs of wear, or we may refuse to issue credit. Once the return is received, you will receive credit back minus shipping cost and a 25% restocking fee. Customized and perishable items, such as pet food and treats are non-returnable. A 25% restocking fee will apply, unless the order is the result of our error or the product is defective.

Shipping costs are nonrefundable and additional shipping charges will apply if we need to reship a package that is returned to us due to delivery problems on your side.

Shipping & Delivery

Ground shipping for orders under $59 (not including shipping and taxes) are charged the base rate of $7.95 + $0.75 per pound.

Ground shipping for orders over $59 (not including shipping and taxes) are only charged the $0.75 per pound rate.

PetWiseMarket.com Shipping Rates

Most of our items are shipped within 2 to 3 business days, except those products marked otherwise. Some items may require longer processing or fulfillment and will be noted on the product page.

We use ground shipping. Some larger products may require additional shipping charges. If additional shipping charges are required, you will be notified and additional charges will require your authorization prior to order processing.

Most of our items are shipped directly from manufacturers and vendors to insure you get the lowest price.

After your order is shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number for each package, when available. Please be sure that someone will be able to accept packages at the time of delivery. Additional shipping charges will apply if we need to reship a package that is returned to us due to delivery problems. If this is the case, those charges will be processed via your original method of payment.
